Help Equip Our Community Clinic
We've launched a BackaBuddy campaign to equip our community clinic in Chitungwiza. This vital facility serves families, youth, and vulnerable community members but currently faces equipment shortages that limit its ability to provide efficient and dignified care.
"Access to healthcare is not a luxury; it is foundational to community wellbeing, productivity, and long-term development. By equipping this clinic, we are investing directly in the health and resilience of the people we serve."
Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to better healthcare access.
Partnerships Scale Opportunity
Partnerships are the engine that allow Vuka Africa Youth Hub to scale our programmes and reach more young people across South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
Corporate Partnerships
Corporate partners help us open doors for young people into employment, learnerships, bursaries, workplace exposure and entrepreneurship opportunities across all three countries.
- Brand visibility at community events and programmes across South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
- Employee volunteer engagement opportunities in communities where we work.
- Impact reports and success stories tailored to the partnership.
- Recognition on our website, materials and at partner events.
- Direct connection with community development and youth empowerment work.
- Tax-deductible contributions, where applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Pipeline access to programme graduates for learnerships, YES placements and entry-level roles.
NPO/Civil Society Partnerships
Building on our Survivor Pathways Programme in South Africa, we partner with NGOs, community-based organisations, shelters, Thuthuzela Care Centres and GBV response services so young people who exit crisis support find a clear onward pathway.
- A structured referral pathway from crisis response into Employment, Education and Training for the young people you serve.
- Co-designed programming for survivors, LGBTQI youth and other marginalised groups.
- Shared safeguarding standards and joint capacity-building for frontline staff.
- Joint reporting and learning, so partner organisations can demonstrate onward outcomes to their own funders.
- Cross-border peer learning with NGO partners in Zimbabwe and Zambia.
